We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and energetic foreman for our maintenance division.
When working for Fields Landscaping, you can expect a new learning experience every day. We provide an array of services, from maintenance to major landscape renovations. Fields Landscaping promotes great communication between our team and our clients.
You can expect to meet at our central location in Greensboro every day. You must be able to drive to and from work. An ideal candidate for Fields Landscaping will arrive before the start time to meet and discuss routes, maintenance, and other daily responsibilities.
You must be willing to work at least an 8–10 hour day. We sometimes work the occasional weekend. Our jobs revolve around the weather, so candidates should be prepared for weekend work when weather conditions affect the regular workweek.
Fields Landscaping is looking for an experienced worker with maintenance experience who is a hard worker with a good attitude. You must be willing to learn and work as a team with other employees. We are a company that prides itself on its employees and is willing to compensate them accordingly. We offer overtime pay and bonuses.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience is required
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Time management skills
- A good attitude
Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds
- Will encounter chemicals on job sites; proper PPE is provided
- Must be willing to work in changing temperatures during summer and winter months
