Building Landscapes and Lasting Relationships Since 2017

Fields Landscaping started in 2017 with a single push mower and a simple mission: treat every property with the same care we would give our own. That small mowing company is now a full-service outdoor living company serving homeowners and businesses across the Triad.

What began with lawn maintenance now includes landscape design, hardscaping, patios, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, outdoor lighting, and complete property transformations. Every service was added for one reason: to become a trusted partner for everything outside your door.

The goal has never been to be the biggest landscaping company in the Triad. It has been to be the most dependable. That means doing exactly what we promise, communicating openly, and never cutting corners.

Today that push mower has become more than 20 employees running six crews across the Triad. The vision has not changed: outstanding craftsmanship, exceptional service, and outdoor spaces you can enjoy for years.

Connor Fields

President

Connor Fields founded Fields Landscaping in 2017 after earning his degree in Turfgrass Management from North Carolina State University. What began as a lifelong dream quickly grew into a company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations.

From an early age, Connor knew he wanted to build a landscape company that would stand apart through quality and customer service. His passion for turf management remains at the heart of the business today, but his vision has expanded to include creating beautiful outdoor spaces that families can enjoy for years to come.

As President, Connor leads with a hands-on approach and believes every project should be completed to the highest standard. His dedication to communication, attention to detail, and relentless work ethic have helped establish Fields Landscaping as one of the area’s trusted landscape companies. He continually invests in new equipment, training, and processes to ensure every client receives exceptional service from the first meeting through project completion.

Connor’s goal has always been simple: build a company that clients can trust and a team that takes pride in every project.

Brandon Russell

Operations Manager

Brandon Russell has been part of Fields Landscaping since the company’s beginning and has helped shape it into what it is today. After earning his degree in Design and Advertising from Guilford Technical Community College, Brandon and Connor made the decision to fully invest in growing Fields Landscaping into a premier landscape design and installation company.

With more than 15 years of experience in the green industry, Brandon oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including estimating, project management, scheduling, production coordination, and client communication. His passion lies in designing and building outdoor living spaces that are both functional and beautiful, from complete landscape renovations and drainage solutions to custom patios, walkways, and outdoor entertainment areas.

Known for his attention to detail and perfectionist mindset, Brandon believes every project should be treated as if it were his own home. He works closely with clients throughout every stage of the process to ensure their vision becomes a reality while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Brandon takes tremendous pride in the Fields Landscaping team and is committed to creating a company culture built on professionalism, quality workmanship, and lasting relationships with every client.
